Keith Urban delivered the debut live performance of “We Go Back,” the sole original track on his upcoming yacht rock album.
The country megastar took the stage on Wednesday night (April 29) at a pop-up show at The Mil at Cannery Hall in Nashville, Tennessee. Urban previewed his soon-to-release project, Flow State, during the sold-out event. He performed “We Go Back,” which features Michael McDonald, plus “Summer Breeze,” “Magnet and Steel,” “Just the Two of Us” and “Baby Come Back” from the album.
Urban announced Flow State hours before taking the stage in Nashville. The 11-track album, which also features collaborations with Little Big Town and John Mayer, “revisits the breezy, laid-back sounds of classic yacht rock tunes for a reinvigorated collection of the timeless songs that will have us lathering up the sunscreen and blending drinks all summer long,” per a press release announcing Flow State.

I hope wherever you hear this album you can feel the exhale, comfort and optimism these songs were originally written by and for.”
