Luke Bryan became the first country artist to play Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
He says playing to 50,000 people at a stadium is much harder than playing smaller venues. “When you’re playing a 15,000-seat amphitheater, everybody’s right in front of you. When I get done with a stadium, I feel like I ran a marathon. There’s no just getting up there and nonchalantly making a stadium show happen. You gotta work hard at it.”
It has to be hard scheduling a concert at a ball field in the middle of a season. Luke is 42. The amount of energy he has is amazing! He says he's going to be cutting back on touring a little next year.
Next stop on Luke's What Makes You Country tour is Rogers, Arkansas on August 1st. (Billboard)
