Not everyone can cry glitter tears, but Carrie Underwood pulls it off in her video and other visual elements for her new single, "Cry Pretty."
Carrie says she came up with the idea herself.

She says, "When I was thinking about visual things, a song like 'Cry Pretty,' that's just something I saw in my head. The whole song is you can't cry pretty, we kind of turned it into something artful and good."
She said, quote, "I call myself ALICE COOPER Barbie.
Alice Cooper must have heard Carrie talking about him because he tweeted-out side-by-side photos.
Carrie would look beautiful with mascara running down her cheek, too.
She is more involved in her career than ever. She takes on the role of producer on her new album.
Cry Pretty, her sixth album, comes out on September 14th.
