The Hardin County community suffered an unimaginable loss over the weekend when Sheriff's Deputy Kevin Johnson lost his life in an off-duty ATV accident near his home. His 7-year-old daughter Aliyana was riding along with him at the time, and had to be flown to Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville where she remains in serious condition.
Family and friends of Kevin and Aliyana are being asked to send Aliyana cards and words of encouragement during her stay.
