I am a HUGE Miley Cyrus fan so I opted for a low-key New Year's Eve at home as I didn't want to miss Miley's New Year's Eve Party. It did not disappoint! Thank goodness original co-host Pete Davidson bowed out of the show, because we got Miley's godmother, the inimitable Dolly Parton instead.
