Jelly Roll is the closing ceremonies of the Invictus Games in Vancouver on February 16th. The Invictus Games are a multi-sport event for wounded, injured and sick service members and veterans. In a new promo, Prince Harry (founder of the event) meets up with Jelly at a tattoo parlor to discuss the appearance, but there's a misunderstanding: Jelly thinks the prince wants him to give the royal his first tattoo.
