An man from Evansville, Indiana, is in trouble with the law after using 911 as his personal complaint hotline.

George Schroeder, 61, was arrested on September 15 for misuse of the 911 system after calling the emergency phone number multiple times.

"Officers were advised that the male caller kept calling in stating he was tired. Dispatch informed officers that he called 911 four times this evening," a police report stated.

Schroeder was already on the cops' radar before he called.

He was first arrested on September 11 for the same issue. That time, however, he called 911 because he was upset with a female relative who "was not following his rules," according to the Smoking Gun.

A judge in that case sentenced Schroeder to six months in jail, but he suspended the sentence “on the condition the defendant does not call 911 unless it is an emergency." Schroeder violated that condition on September 15.

He'll now spend 60 days in jail, according to Newsweek.
