Meet Phoebe, a ten-month-old tabby and white Domestic Shorthair. Phoebe has the most beautiful glowing eyes and a soft fluffy coat. She came to the Kentucky Humane Society as a transfer from an overcrowded shelter in the hopes of finding her forever home. Staff say Phoebe is a little timid in her new surroundings but has been very sweet none the less. Phoebe is still very young and has a lifetime of love to give you.
