Thomas Rhett will play the first of two sold-out shows in his hometown of Nashville.
To commemorate the occasion, he's created special Home Team T-shirts to benefit 147 Million Orphans, an organization Thomas and his wife Lauren support.
The shirts will be sold at the shows, but will also be available on the Project 615 website.
