Our long national nightmare is over -- Miley Cyrus has finally gotten out of the hospital after more than a week.

E! News says she's feeling much better, but there's no word on where she's gone to recuperate. A source adds that her European tour is still a go. It starts on May 2nd in what has to be one of her favorite cities -- Amsterdam.

Miley was hospitalized last week in Kansas City after having a severe reaction to flu medication.

There have been rumors floating around that Gwen Stefani will join NBC's The Voice as one of the coaches next season. While NBC hasn't officially confirmed if the No Doubt lead singer will be a part of the show for its seventh season, Blake Shelton has weighed in on the possibility of having Gwen as a rival coach. Shelton told Entertainment Weekly, "I know some of (No Doubt's) music — I'm not too familiar, but I look forward to beating anybody on this show, honestly!" Blake's fellow coach Adam Levine also opened up to EW about Stefani. Levine said, "I'm a huge fan — she's a wonderful human being, and I love her to pieces. She's so talented. She's just great."

Cast Of Walking Dead Wants A Raise....

Showbiz Spy claims the cast of The Walking Dead wants a raise. A source tells the site: “The series is a cash cow for AMC and the cast sees very little of that money. Everyone from Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) and Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) down to Lauren Cohan (Maggie Greene), Danai Gurira (Michonne) and Steven Yeun (Glenn Rhee) feel they deserve a boost in pay. Lincoln is the show’s highest-paid actor at $90,000 an episode. That may seem a lot until you consider Ashton Kutcher makes $750,000 an episode for Two and a Half Men. The cast would like a piece of that pie. And they’re willing to band together to do it. Until now, the implied thread for most cast members has been that they’re expendable. Any one of their characters could end up getting killed at any time. But they’re willing to take the risk now. And if they don’t get their way they’re going to walk!”

The Walking Dead earns a reported $11 million an episode.
