Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott has revealed that the trio is actually in the beginning phases of putting together their fifth studio album. The upcoming album will be the follow up to the group's widely-successful Golden album, which was released in May of last year. Hillary tells the Hartford Courant that the group will begin seeking out songwriters to help write for the new project in the next couple weeks, but that the album building process is still in its infancy. Scott says, "I can't tell you 100-percent where we're going, because we're still figuring it out. It's exploration-time. We're going to take our time. We're not going to rush. We're just going to write and be very selective." For this new album, the group hopes to step outside of their musical boundaries without abandoning the sound that their fans have come to love so much. Scott shares, "We're going to explore what we're not afraid to talk about, we're not afraid to do production-wise. We're not going to go too far left of the core of who we are, but I definitely think that we're going to see where it's going to take us, and we can always reel ourselves back in."
