David Nail Bus Crash/FGL Tyler Injured In Dirt Bike Accident!

David Nail, his band and his crew are fine and in one piece following an icy Valentine’s Day bus crash in upstate New York. They were en route to a show in Albany with Darius Rucker when their bus ran off the road and hit the median in icy conditions.

David says, “It was one of those experiences that I hope never happens again. It was one of those nights where you’re kinda in and out of sleep. You have a hard enough time sleeping on the bus as it is.”

Darius dispatched his buses to rescue David and his band. The True Believers tour continues Thursday in Charleston, South Carolina.

Tyler Hubbard, the Georgia half of Florida Georgia Line, was injured in a dirt bike accident on Sunday.

The guys were supposed to have played at an event during Country Radio Seminar in Nashville yesterday (Tuesday), but pulled out so Tyler could recuperate. Brian Kelley told the crowd that Tyler was attempting a jump but came up short.

Tyler surely felt the love when the audience toasted him with a shot of Fireball whiskey.

A day off didn’t mean a day of rest for Florida Georgia Line‘s Tyler Hubbard. The long-haired half of the hit country duo got muddy on a dirt bike on Sunday (Feb. 16) after finishing up a weekend of tour stops. Unfortunately, the afternoon of fun didn’t end well for him.

FGL’s Brian Kelley shares that Hubbard hit a jump a little short, injuring his back. He’s been in excruciating pain since. This week, he has already visited with two chiropractors and gone to the hospital, so he’s on rest … at least until the Night Train Tour resumes this weekend in Grand Rapids, Mich.

“He’s no Evil Kinevil,” Kelley said, joking about Hubbard’s injury but wishing him well alongside a few hundred radio and music industry personnel during an event at Country Radio Seminar on Tuesday night in Nashville.

The room raised shots of Fireball Whisky in Hubbard’s honor.

The duo was scheduled to play, but pulled out of the show because of Hubbard’s injury. Earlier in the day, the singer was visibly uncomfortable while participating in media events. Tim McGrawRascal Flatts, the Cadillac Three and the Eli Young Band took the stage, playing a mix of familiar hits and brand new music.
