The Louisville community is continuing to rally around LMPD Officer Nick Wilt, who was seriously injured in April when responding to the Old National Bank mass shooting.
The city of St. Matthews and its police department have organized Wilt Week, in an effort to provide financial support to Wilt and his family as he recovers.
Wilt Week, featuring several events, will kick off on Tuesday, August 1, with St. Matthews Police Department National Night Out and will culminate in the St. Matthews Potato Festival on Saturday, August 5.
